Shipping

We're aiming to begin shipping on 14 May 2026. Orders placed before then are pre-orders, you'll be charged at checkout, and we'll send your jacket as soon as the run is ready. We'll email you with tracking the moment your order ships.

UK orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail or DPD and typically arrive within 2–4 working days from dispatch. Shipping is on us for UK orders.

International orders are sent tracked via DHL or an equivalent courier. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 working days from dispatch. International shipping is charged at checkout based on destination.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. If an international order is refused, abandoned or cannot be delivered because the recipient does not pay applicable import duties or taxes, the order will be refunded once the jacket has been returned to us. Original shipping costs and any costs incurred by us in having the parcel returned to us may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Returns

This is a small-run product; 75 jackets, each hand-numbered, so we'd really encourage you to measure carefully before ordering. Our size guide lists precise measurements; compare against a jacket you already own, and email us if you're unsure.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your jacket within 14 days of receipt for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, the jacket must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If the jacket you receive is faulty or doesn't match our description (including measurements outside the tolerances in our size guide), we'll cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full, your choice.
