Shipping

UK shipping is free. In-stock items are ready to dispatch straight away.

International shipping is charged separately. Any applicable import duties are your responsibility.

Preorders

For preorder items, you pay a 50% deposit when you order and the remaining 50% on dispatch.

We expect the preorder window to close around four weeks before dispatch. Factory timings are still estimates, so this interval may change.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the preorder window closes. To cancel, email hello@eide.studio with your order number. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.

Returns

If you change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

You can try items as you would in a shop. Please return them with their tags and packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund if handling beyond what is needed to inspect an item has reduced its value.

Return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not included.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, email hello@eide.studio. We'll cover return postage and arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
